 1.  Is it possible to purchase goods in Vilnius store without ordering?

 Yes, it is possible to purchase goods by simply coming and choosing. You can pay on the spot in cash or by card.

 2. Is it possible to order goods and pick them up free of charge in Vilnius store?

 Yes, just choose the delivery method – collection in Vilnius store.

 3. How long does it take to deliver the goods?

Omniva, Venipak and Smartpost mailers deliver parcels within 1-3 working days.

Smartpost, Venipak courier packages are delivered within 1-3 working days. Packages are not delivered on weekends and holidays.

I will pick up the order in the store. You can pick up the goods ready for collection at Stalozaidimai.eu stores in Vilnius (Konstitucijos ave. 12)

4. What do order statuses mean?

Pending payment – using the Banklink system, we receive payments within minutes. If you choose payment by bank transfer – we check the payments 2 times. per day, we change the status after the funds are deposited into the account.
Payment received, product is being prepared – means that we have received the payment, we are preparing the shipment or we are waiting for the product to be received (if there is a pre-order of the product).
The order is fulfilled – it means that we have given the parcel to the courier and you should receive it within 1-3 working days.

 5. Are all items available in the store?

All goods that are indicated as being in stock can be purchased at the store located on Konstitucijos ave. 12, Vilnius, without even ordering them in advance.

 In stores, you can pay in cash, by card or by advance transfer to the specified account.

 7. Do I need to pay an advance for the ordered goods?

 Yes.
