It is a stand-alone game, but can also be combined with its predecessor, The Resistance. In this game, special role cards with their own characteristics await you. The Resistance: Avalon can be briefly described as Mafia only without the player dropout. Here, the Empire and the Resistance have been replaced by King Arthur and his loyal knights, interspersed with Mordred's henchmen and Merlin, who knows all the bad guys. But he will have to act very carefully, because if he is recognized, then the Knights of the Round Table will lose everything.
