Disney Villainous: Introduction to Evil has the same gameplay elements as Disney Villainous, but features four villains instead of six - Maleficent, Captain Hook, Ursula and Prince John. This version has improved game mechanics that will help engage first-time players.

In the game, each player controls a villain, with their villain deck, fate deck, player board and representative figure. As you turn, you move the character to different locations on your player board and perform one or more actions visible in that location (usually by playing cards from your hand), then draw until you have four cards in your hand again. Cards can be allies, items, effects, statuses and (for some characters) curses. You will need to use your cards to achieve your unique victory condition, which sometimes means defeating a hero from the corresponding Disney movie story.
