A Feast for Odin is an epic saga in board game form. You will experience the cultural achievements, trading expeditions and exterminations of the tribes known today as Vikings, a term that was used quite differently at the end of the first millennium.

When the Norsemen went on a raid, they said they were going on a Viking raid. But their Scandinavian ancestors were more than pirates, they were explorers and nation-builders. Leif Eriksson is said to have been the first European to reach America, long before Columbus. In the region now known as Normandy, they were known not as Vikings, but as Normans. One of them was the famous William the Conqueror, who conquered England in 1066. He managed to do what the Norwegian king before him had failed to do - take the throne of England. The Vikings became such good sailors because of the difficulties they faced due to their unfortunate agricultural situation and crop failures.

In this game, you will raid and explore new territories. You will also experience the daily life of a Viking - collecting goods to ensure a comfortable life in society. At the end of the game, the player with the most valuable assets wins the game.
